12 May | Mougins | Limited to 20 guests

Leadership, Rewritten.

Where biology meets business decision-making.
For women in leadership ready to move beyond models that were never designed for them.
An intimate evening of conversation, insight, and perspective designed to shift how you think about your leadership.
In collaboration with FAMM Museum Mougins:
- curated roundtable conversation
- private exhibition viewing
- dinner at L’Amandier de Mougins.
This evening is designed for women who recognise something has shifted.

You’re operating at a high level but, something about the way you’re doing it no longer feels sustainable.

You’ve achieved a great deal, yet still find yourself navigating pressure and decisions without a space that truly reflects where you are.

You sense you’re working within models that don’t fully support how you lead.

And you’re ready for a different kind of conversation; one that reflects the reality of how you actually operate.

Because for many women, the challenge isn’t capability, it’s that the way they’re operating no longer fits how they think, lead, or make decisions.

What makes this different:

This is not a standard networking event.

It’s not a panel.

And it’s not a workshop.

This is a curated salon.

A small group of women, brought together with intention,
not just to exchange ideas,
but to explore how leadership is actually being experienced.

No presentations.

No expectation to arrive with answers.

It’s a space where conversation moves beyond the surface, and into the realities that influence how you think, decide, and lead.

The Experience:

The evening unfolds in three parts.

We begin with a private viewing of the current exhibition: REMINISCENCE by Elizabeth Colomba  presented by FAMM at Centre d’art,  Mougins – offering an intentional pause from the pace of the day, and a different lens through which to see the historical role of women.

From there, we move into a moderated roundtable salon.

A conversation that reflects the level you’re already operating at.

Space to think, articulate, and hear perspectives that don’t often surface elsewhere.

The evening then continues over dinner at L’Amandier de Mougins.

Where conversation settles, expands, and often becomes more personal; in ways that aren’t easily accessed in more conventional settings.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how you’re currently operating and what may need to shift.

Hosted by Carolyn | Qetello

Carolyn is the founder of Qetello, a strategic advisory working at the intersection of biology and business.

Her work focuses on how women lead, decide, and perform, not in theory, but in practice.

Particularly at the level where:

  • capacity begins to fluctuate,
  • clarity is no longer constant,
  • and traditional models of leadership no longer feel sustainable.

Her approach is not to add more.

But to recalibrate how leadership is being held in the first place.

This salon reflects that thinking.
