This evening is designed for women who recognise something has shifted.
You’re operating at a high level but, something about the way you’re doing it no longer feels sustainable.
You’ve achieved a great deal, yet still find yourself navigating pressure and decisions without a space that truly reflects where you are.
You sense you’re working within models that don’t fully support how you lead.
And you’re ready for a different kind of conversation; one that reflects the reality of how you actually operate.
Because for many women, the challenge isn’t capability, it’s that the way they’re operating no longer fits how they think, lead, or make decisions.
What makes this different:
This is not a standard networking event.
It’s not a panel.
And it’s not a workshop.
This is a curated salon.
A small group of women, brought together with intention, not just to exchange ideas, but to explore how leadership is actually being experienced.
No presentations.
No expectation to arrive with answers.
It’s a space where conversation moves beyond the surface, and into the realities that influence how you think, decide, and lead.
The Experience:
The evening unfolds in three parts.
We begin with a private viewing of the current exhibition: REMINISCENCE by Elizabeth Colomba presented by FAMM at Centre d’art, Mougins – offering an intentional pause from the pace of the day, and a different lens through which to see the historical role of women.
From there, we move into a moderated roundtable salon.
A conversation that reflects the level you’re already operating at.
Space to think, articulate, and hear perspectives that don’t often surface elsewhere.
