Leadership, Rewritten.

For women operating at a high level who recognise something has shifted.
The way you’re leading no longer matches how you actually think, decide, and operate.
You’re making important decisions, yet feeling the pressure of sustaining it in a way that no longer fits.
Leadership Rewritten is a private, structured space to step out of constant output, think clearly again, and recalibrate how you make decisions.
In collaboration with FAMM Museum Mougins the event includes:
- Guided roundtable designed to challenge and expand your thinking
- Private exhibition viewing at FAMM
- Dinner at L’Amandier de Mougins

Leadership, Rewritten.

For women operating at a high level who recognise something has shifted.

You’re making important decisions, yet feeling the pressure of sustaining it in a way that no longer fits.
Leadership Rewritten is a private, structured space to step out of constant output, think clearly again, and recalibrate how you make decisions.

You’ve achieved a great deal, yet much of what you’re navigating isn’t easily shared, and is often managed on your own:
  • Operating at a pace that no longer allows you to think and decide as clearly as you used to

  • Holding complexity in your head because there isn’t a space to properly think it through

  • Defaulting to what’s urgent, rather than what actually matters

  • Second-guessing decisions you’ve already made, replaying them later and wondering if you would choose differently

  • Sensing a shift in your confidence and clarity, without being able to fully explain why

You’re operating at a high level, but the cumulative weight of decisions is beginning to affect the clarity of your thinking, and your confidence in how you’re making them.

And you’re ready for a different kind of conversation. One that reflects the reality of how you actually operate.

The way you’re currently making decisions isn’t neutral.

It’s shaping your capacity, your energy, and the quality of your leadership every day.

This isn’t something you need to keep navigating alone.

You can feel that the way you’re working isn’t fully supporting you anymore.
  • Your energy isn’t consistent, but your workload expects it to be
  • Some days you’re decisive and clear, other days the same decisions feel heavier and harder to land
  • You push through important work even when your focus isn’t there, because the structure doesn’t allow for anything else
  • You prepare, perform, deliver… and then feel an emotional drop that you don’t fully understand

So you adjust quietly.

You compensate.

You keep going.

All whilst sensing there must be a more aligned way to lead than this.

This isn’t something you need to continue carrying on your own.

Client Reflections

This is what becomes possible when you step out of your current way of operating and give yourself the space to think clearly.

Because for many women, the challenge isn’t capability, it’s that the way they’re operating no longer fits how they think, lead, or make decisions.

What makes this different:

This is not a standard networking event.

It’s not a panel.

And it’s not a workshop.

This is a curated salon.

A small group of women brought together with intention, not just to exchange ideas, but to explore how leadership is actually experienced.

No presentations.

No expectation to arrive with answers.

It’s a space where conversation moves beyond the surface, and into the realities that influence how you think, decide, and lead.

For many women, this is where their underlying pattern becomes clear.

The Experience:

The evening unfolds in three parts.

We begin with a private viewing of the current exhibition: REMINISCENCE by Elizabeth Colomba, presented by FAMM at Centre d’art Mougins – offering an intentional pause from the pace of the day, and a different lens through which to see the historical role of women.

From there, we move into a moderated roundtable salon.

A conversation that reflects the level you’re already operating at.

Space to think, articulate, and hear perspectives that don’t often surface elsewhere.

The evening then continues over dinner at L’Amandier de Mougins (Included.)

Where conversation settles, expands, and becomes more personal in ways not easily accessed in more conventional settings.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how you’re currently operating and what may need to shift.

Hosted by Carolyn | Qetello

Carolyn is the founder of Qetello, a strategic advisory working at the intersection of biology and business.

Her work focuses on how women lead, decide, and perform, not in theory, but in practice.

Particularly at the level where:

  • Capacity begins to fluctuate,
  • Clarity is no longer constant,
  • Traditional models of leadership no longer feel sustainable.

Her approach is not to add more.

But to recalibrate how leadership is being held in the first place.

This salon reflects that thinking.

The Evening:

18:30 — Arrival at Centre d’art Mougins for private exhibition viewing

19:15 — Transition into the roundtable salon

20:30 — Dinner at L’Amandier de Mougins
