Myth vs. Fact: “Perimenopause only happens to women in their 50s.”

If you think perimenopause is something that only happens in your 50s, think again! That’s like saying wrinkles only appear after 60.

Perimenopause is the transitional phase before menopause.  It can start as early as your late 30s or early 40s, sometimes even sooner, depending on your medical history. And guess what?
