Your minimal personal information may be used in several ways:
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We use a Third-party plugin called MailerLite to aid management of our email marketing list. Should you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the following data.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Analytics
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
We may pass your information to a narrow and select group of third party providers for the purpose of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send mailshots through Mailerlite). You can recognise these by joint branding (such as Mailerlite, or Microsoft).
When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver or to support that service and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
We will not release your information to third parties beyond my network unless we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
If you have any questions about whether certain information, content or services pertain to us, or are “powered” by one of our partners, please email: carolyn@qetello.com
When you provide personal information, Qetello Menopause Coaching take steps to ensure that it is treated securely.
Sensitive information such as credit or debit card details is not stored. For details on the minimal information we hold on you, see What information do we collect from you?
We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection, with security measures in place to attempt to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of our user data under my control.
Only key personnel have access to the information you provide to us. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we go to significant lengths to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
The accuracy of your information is important.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Qetello Menopause Coaching holds about you.
If you change email address, or if you believe any of the information held about you is inaccurate or out of date, please email carolyn@qetello.com
Your alteration or deletion requests will be confided within five working days.

Transferring your information outside of Europe
As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide to me may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). By way of example, this may happen if servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK. By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. If your information is transferred outside of the EU in this way, we will take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Policy.
If you use our services while you are outside the EU, your information may be transferred outside the EU in order to provide you with those services.
