Face yoga works by…..
Focusing on wellbeing techniques for the mind, body and soul, Face Yoga teaches you how use your own hands to help you look and feel great, from the inside out. The method I am trained in uses a fusion of techniques rooted in eastern philosophies and practices, coupled with modern scientific research looking at the how the face is structured, how aging and phases like the peri-menopause and menopause impact the composition of the face, as well as women’s overall wellbeing.
Using a combination of:
- Facial exercises,
- Massage and
to exercise, strengthen, plump and tone the 57 muscles of the face and neck to reduce and prevent lines, wrinkles and sagging, whilst building collagen, increasing strength and boosting your complexion.
The stronger the muscles become, the more your face is lifted and taughtened as a result. Leaving you with a brighter, healthier and younger looking complexion.
Alongside the exercises, using tools such as affirmations and guided visualisations Face Yoga improves your self-esteem by to help re-wire your self-talk and reduce any negativity you may feel about yourself, building both your physical and mental resilience and giving you a huge boost of confidence!
